Terms of Service
The rules for using AI Trend Video, buying credit packs, uploading photos of people, pets or cars, reporting a bad result and sharing the AI-generated videos you make.

Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AI Trend Video (aitrendvideo.io), operated by TOOLVERSE LTD ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Trend Video.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: you are responsible for everything done through your account. You can delete your account at any time under Account → Profile.
Credits and payments
- Videos are paid for with credits, from one-time credit packs or from monthly and yearly plans. There is no free trial.
- Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Credits from a pack do not expire. Credits from a plan are valid for the billing month they were issued in and do not roll over. A yearly plan is billed once a year and adds its credits at the start of each month.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Billing in your account: renewal stops and you keep the credits already issued until they expire. You can switch plans from the same page.
- Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- Each studio option shows its price in credits before you generate.
- When a generation is confirmed as failed, the credits it reserved return to your balance automatically.
- If a video finishes but clearly did not work, for example the wrong face was swapped, someone from the template is still in it, or the clip is broken, you can report it from My videos within 7 days of it finishing. We review every report. If we approve it, we return the credits for that video or, for a video paid with a one-time pack and if you asked for it, refund what you paid for that video to your original payment method. We email you the outcome. A video that worked but is not to your taste is not covered.
- Otherwise, payments are not refundable once the credits are in your balance, including the current period of a plan you cancel, except where the law requires a refund or we charged you by mistake, for example a duplicate charge. If you think a charge is wrong, email us.
Your photos
You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You give us permission to store your photos, send them to our AI video provider and process them, only to make the videos you ask for and to run the service. We do not publish your photos, use them in marketing or use them to train AI models.
Upload only photos you took or have permission to use. Every person in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to appear in the video. Do not upload photos of children, of celebrities or other public figures, or of anyone who has not agreed.
Your videos
We do not claim ownership of the videos you make. You may download, keep and share them, as long as you follow these Terms and respect the rights of others. Your videos stay private to your account until you share them yourself.
AI results vary. A video may not reproduce every detail of the people, pets or vehicles in your photos, and the same photos and settings can give different results.
AI-generated videos and the trends
Every video made with AI Trend Video is AI-generated. When you share a video, make clear that it is AI-generated. AI Trend Video is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the artists, labels, brands or platforms behind the trends it recreates; their names are used only to describe each template. The music on our videos is our own, not the original recordings.
What you must not do
- Break any law or regulation, or help someone else do so
- Upload photos you do not have the right to use, photos of minors, or photos of anyone without their consent
- Make videos that are sexual, hateful or harassing, or that put a real person in a video they did not agree to
- Present a generated video as real footage, or use it to impersonate, mislead or harass anyone
- Suggest that an artist, label, brand or anyone else endorses your video
- Try to get unauthorized access to our systems, overload them, or scrape or resell the service
- Use the service to spread malware or other harmful code
Our content
The site, its design and the music on our videos belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only through the service and in the videos you make.
Reporting a problem
If you believe a video made here, or anything on the site, infringes your rights or shows you without your consent, email us with the details and we will review it promptly.
Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the service or other people at risk. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund the unused credits you paid for.
Availability and disclaimer
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free, or that the AI provider we rely on will always be online.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will update this page and the date at the top, and we will announce significant changes on the site before they apply. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms.
